The official language of the Congress is English. There will be simultaneous translation to Japanese.

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Name badge
All participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.
Certificate of attendance
Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants and may be collected at the Registration Desk on Saturday, October 28, 2017.
Exhibition
The exhibition will be open during the sessions’ hours. Lunch and coffee breaks will be held at the exhibition area.

Photography
It is forbidden to take photographs, film or make recordings during the scientific program (sessions and posters).
Safety and Security
Please do not leave any bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside session halls.
Liability
The Congress secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss or damage to private property of participants either during or directly arising from World Congress on Controversies in Breast Cancer (CoBrCa). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
Travel & Visa
Participants may require a visa for entry to Japan. Therefore, it is strongly advised that participants contact their nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate, or their travel agency, as early as possible.
