Testimonials

This was the first CoBrCa meeting that I have attended and it proved to be a very positive experience. The scope of the presentations was wide-ranging, encompassing issues very relevant to all clinicians dealing with breast cancer patients in their daily clinical practice; the debate sessions delivered by experienced multinational faculty were very informative, and there was good opportunity for questions from the audience; the venue was excellent, and the organisation was very efficient. I attended most talks, and I was fortunate enough to spend a few days before the conference visiting interesting places in the beautiful city of Tokyo and enjoying Japanese hospitality. I look forward to attending the next CoBrCa meeting in Melbourne in Oct 2018, and I would recommend, without hesitation, to all clinicians in breast practice to attend this forthcoming congress.

While brief, this conference really captured the most controversial issues in the management early breast cancer. I especially enjoyed the debate format, especially when there was an introductory lecture. Ideal-sized meeting, nice venue, great location in Toronomon Hills (how convenient to everything), and a relaxed atmosphere. Bravo to all who made this event come to fruition.

Thank you for giving me such a valuable opportunity this time. Through discussions with young doctors from various countries, we were able to put together our opinions about genetic testing. I will continue my efforts to lead to the development of clinical practice.
Once again, I am looking forward to working with this participant.

I rarely return from conferences these days feeling quite so excited and energised as I was by the recent CoBrCa meeting in Barcelona. The scientific committee should be congratulated for a terrific format (mainly debates) and great content. Keep up the good work, I am certain some of the controversies will not have been resolved by the next meeting in Tokyo.

Congratulations to the organiser of the 2nd World Congress on Controversies in Breast Cancer (CoBrCa) in Barcelona. All my expectations were completed. The high-level meeting was not only scientific, but also by the presenters of the sessions. The Debate format is a very good tool to interacting with the presenters. Congratulations.

It was a fantastic experience, has made me many new contacts who are interested in my work and has broadened my horizons. The novel concept you have employed using debate rather than didactic lecture was a breath of fresh air and worked so well in the multidisciplinary context.

Informative conference with current opinions from specialists in their field.
Shan Bau, Australia

The 2nd CoBrCa congress was fantastic. This congress was highly informative in the form of interactive discussion on a wide range of controversial issues with latest research findings. Every session is effectively scheduled to lead audience to develop a thorough understanding of the problems by specific evidence toward the near future of 2020. I cannot easily find such a sophisticated opportunity elsewhere. Fortunately I was able to present my retrospective study in the poster session which was surely beneficial through intense discussion with researchers. And, to my amazement, the 3rd CoBrCa will be held here in Tokyo next year!! My hometown Tokyo is preparing for the next Olympic Games in 2020, too. Next CoBrCa is must-attend event for me.

Having debates on the most controversial issues in breast cancer makes the Congress so interesting and exciting. There was time to discuss and the level was excellent. Even with all the breast cancer congress around the world, I consider this one to be a must. It can be called the it-congress.

I enjoyed this meeting very much. The idea of taking a controversial subject and having a thorough review is a good idea; This way, we have clear facts of what is the data. Having also presentation of pro and con in a formal way and then having a consensus statement is important to help us move forward.
