Registration Desk

The registration desk will be open during the following hours:

Name badge

All participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their name badges throughout the Congress in order to be admitted to the lecture halls and scheduled activities.

Certificate of attendance

Certificates of attendance will be available for all participants. Please ensure that you have your name badge with you as you will need the barcode which appears on your badge in order to print your certificate.

Exhibition

The exhibition will be open during the sessions’ hours. Lunch and coffee breaks will be held at the exhibition area

Travel & Visa

In general, most visitors will require Australian visas in order to enter Australia. Participants who requires a visa to enter Australia should apply to their local Embassy or Consulate General of Australia as soon as possible. We strongly advise that participants should arrange for their visa application at least 3 months before their departure for Australia.
